1、 本機采用先進的液壓集成閥塊。結構緊湊,減少管路連接,提高了系統的可靠性與易維修性。
2、折彎機采用并聯油缸、為保證滑塊在下死點精確定位,在油缸內設置機械擋塊機構,由電機調整;瑝K在行程中的同步,采用機械同步機構,結構簡單,穩定可靠,維修方便。
3、折彎機滑塊行程可無級調節。
4、折彎機模具采用合金鋼經過鍛造、銑削、熱處理磨削等加工而成。上模采用多件短模并接成整體長模,具有精度高、互換性好。便于裝卸等特點。
5.標配簡易數控后擋料,E21系統,后擋料可定位。
